About The Rooms And Hotel Facilities

Q. How many people can the room occupy?

A: Maximum of 2 adults and one child under 12 years of age, sharing the existing beds

Q. Can I add an extra bed and baby cot?

A: Yes, only in selected room type and it is subjected to availability. Charges apply. We are sorry but baby cots are not available.

Q. Do you offer flexible check in / check out times?

A: Yes, especially when you book direct given if there is sufficient room available.

Q. Do you serve breakfast? What time do you serve breakfast?

A: Breakfast is available from 07:00am to 10:30am daily.

Q. Do you allow pets in the hotel?

A: We are sorry but no pets are allowed.

Q. Do you have swimming pool and gym?

A: We are sorry but we do not have both these facilities in the hotel.

About The Location

Q. How do I get to your hotel?

A: It’s simple. Do refer to our location section.

Q. How far is it to the train station?

A: The nearest train station would be Little India (NE7/DT12) of about 350M or 5 mins walk. By car, it takes 25mins from the airport to the hotel.

Q. Is there parking available and is it chargeable?

A: Yes Public Parking is available and chargeable by hourly basis.

Reservations Enquiries

Q. What if I do not have a credit card, can I make my booking?

A: Do reach our reservations department and we are able to place you a booking (except for demand date / peak period) which we will hold the booking until 3pm of the arrival date. After which, the booking will be released.

Q. What if I wish to pay in cash?

A: For non-refundable bookings a valid credit card must be used to pay at the time of booking. For flexible bookings we will hold the given credit card for 1 night rental as guarantee. The guest can settle the deposit and rental upon check in by cash.

Q. Can I shorten stay after check in?

A: For non-refundable bookings, no refund for shorten of guest stay. For flexible bookings, a one night charge is applicable.

Q. Can I use my friend’s credit card to make the booking?

A: No, a credit card and valid photo ID MUST be produced at check-in, in the name of the guest that matches the booking.
